Andy Clayton

Andy has been a DJ for over 20 years and specialises in underground progressive house with his skills originally honed on vinyl.

He has performed live at high profile events throughout the UK including the Creamfields Festival and BPM Expo.

Andy’s Progressive Journeys residency on Beach Radio is broadcast at 21:00 GMT every fourth Friday and showcases the latest progressive house releases. Selected sets are uploaded on soundcloud with full artist credits.

Andy is Resident DJ at Kashay Productions Record Label & Events Series and in charge of Progressive A&R.

Andy will be performing quarterly at Kashay’s new Cocoon Sessions live events series in Dresden from July 2022 onwards alongside his invited international guest Artists.

January featured the first release of 2022 with a special guest set on the Melodic Deep House Hot Shot Series.

The second release of 2022 was a guest mix on Uri Asayag’s coveted Tel Aviv Sunsets Podcast in February.

In March he was invited by Canada’s Julie Petrecca to showcase an extended 2 hour set on her renown SoWhat! Radioshow.

Andy has partnered with the Melodic Beats Music global podcast and record label founded by Paul Honey alongside residents Tim French and Apostille. Three mixes have been showcased to date.

He has a special relationship with Canada’s Alain M. who runs the Ottawa Prog Vibes podcast and live events brand. Following his guest mix in May 2021, live shows in Ottawa are planned for 2023.

Andy also regularly works with Malta’s Get Lost In Music series. Two mixes have been showcased to date with more planned for 2022.

Andy is privileged to also work with Toronto’s IONized podcast series curated by Ryan Darbyson which premieres on Saturo Sounds. He showcased a mix on their 6.7 release in July 2021 with further shows scheduled once the series recommences in 2023.

Multiple exclusive mixes have been released on the MelodicDeep, Deep House Dubai, Deep House Italy, Deep House Spain, InProgress Brazil and Little South platforms.

Andy will return to playing live on a regular basis from summer 2022 onwards starting with a special launch event for Kashay Productions’ Cocoon Sessions at their new dance venue in Germany.
