This week we have Oliver Heldens, the current number 8 of the DJ Mag Top 100 voting, as a guest on the Ibiza World Club Tour radio show. With his distinctive sound, Oliver Heldens has become the figurehead of the new generation of house music artists. And one of the superstars of the international DJ scene, who has now had countless No. 1 hits and has generated millions of streams. As far as his music productions are concerned, Oliver Heldens is a perfectionist and always on the lookout for new sounds. He doesn't allow himself to be pigeonholed and refuses to cut corners. This attitude can be seen in his project HI-LO, for which he brings artists like Reinier Zonneveld or Space 92 into the studio, with whom he then creates a driving, techno-heavy sound. For the single "I Was Made For Lovin' You" Oliver Heldens brought the House Gospel Choir and the musician legend Neil Rodgers into the studio and transformed the cult song of the rock band Kiss into a groovy bass house number! As a deejay, Oliver Heldens plays at the biggest festivals worldwide with gigs at Coachella, Ultra Miami, EDC, Mysterland, Untold and Tomorrowland. There are also performances in the hottest clubs such as Ushuaïa in Ibiza and Printworks in London. As head of HELDEEP Records, Oliver Heldens has made it his task to make his musical ideas accessible and to offer artists a platform.
