Amo Sira was born with a passion for music and in his early years fell in love with the underground music scene, influenced by the rave music in the 1980’s.
At the age of 16 years old, Amo Sira made his dreams come true, by starting out as a DJ, which came second nature to him. Growing up using Technic 1210s, he was able to show he naturally had a great ear for music, great mixing skills and how to read a crowd.
Since, Amo Sira has gained a wealth of DJing experience and has played at many mainstream venues around the UK. Part way through his career and in his peak, Amo Sira had to take time out from the music industry, due to other commitments. More recently and during the times of the pandemic and lockdown, Amo Sira has started DJing on many online radio stations.
He has returned to doing what he loves most and has very quickly earned DJ sets and residencies at venues such as Lane7 Leicester and Tattu Birmingham.
Moving forward, Amo Sira has a vision to make his own music and share the very best underground music in Tech House, Techno and High Tech Minimal. A big fan of the growing ‘High Tech Minimal’ genre and you will hear him play plenty of this within his sets, with a vision to further grow this style of music, while keeping an upbeat tempo. Make sure you have your dancing shoes on!
